Talent Prices
Talent Prices
Prices do not include hair, makeup artists, or any location fees. For any shoots that include portfolio images, we will discuss locations and outfits before we shoot. Texas sales tax applies to all fees.

Talent Headshot:
$100  ($50 booking fee)
3 images in both print and web sizes, color and B&W.
Additional web size images from the shoot included.
~45 minutes - 1 hour, 1 - 2 outfit tops

Talent Headshot and beginners Portfolio Starter:
$175 ($50 booking fee)
3 headshot images in both print and web sizes, color and B&W.
3 portfolio images in both print and web sizes.
Additional web size images from the shoot included.
1.5 hours, 2 - 3 outfits

Talent Portfolio Update:
$175 ($50 booking fee)
6 images in both print and web sizes.
Additional web size images from the shoot included.
1.5 hours, 3 - 4 outfits

Talent Portfolio:
$500 ($50 booking fee)
15+ images in both print and web sizes, plus 8x10 prints
Additional web size images from the shoot included.
4-6 hours, multiple locations (and shoots days if needed), 8+ outfits



Additional time is $100 per hour.  All session fees include basic post processing and digital delivery of your images.

Here is a description of a few terms we might have used on this page. Knowing these terms will help you better understand what everything is.

Booking Fee: The booking fee is part of your session fee and must be paid before we can confirm the scheduled date for the headshot/portfolio session.  Until it is paid, we consider that day still available to schedule other shoots. Unless otherwise noted, the booking fee is normally $50 and not refundable.  100% of your booking fee applies towards your session fee.

Session Fee: This is what it will cost you for your headshot/portfolio session. This fee must be paid before your session starts. This can be paid online or, it can be paid the day of the session by either cash or check. Note that your booking fee must be paid before your session date can be confirmed, and the booking fee is part of your session fee.

Rescheduling: If we have scheduled your session for a particular day, and you must reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 48 hours before your session, we'll just reschedule your shoot on another date that fits both our schedules. If you notify us with less then 48 hours till your session, it's considered a cancellation, and you will lose any fee's you have paid.  
If I decide to reschedule because of bad weather, even if during the shoot, no fee's are lost, and we'll just reschedule your shoot on another date that fits both our schedules (we want your images to look their best, and not have the weather be an issue).

Cancellation: If you feel you need to cancel your scheduled session, contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, everything except your booking fee will be refunded.  If you notify us with less than 48 hours till your session, no refund will be given.

Location fee: Some locations, such as Zilker Botanical Gardens, charge a fee anytime someone uses the location for photography. If the location of your session requires a fee, you are responsible for paying the fee.
